Nestled in acres of forest and walkable to town

Enjoy your coffee on the private back patio while watching a family of deer graze in the wooded field behind the house. This newly remodeled quiet house in the trees is still so close to town, you can walk to the shops and restaurants (or a 60 second drive). With smart TVs in every room, you can cuddle up and watch a movie after a long day at the beach, or hiking in the redwoods, both just minutes away. The views of the surrounding hills and trees are amazing from the covered patio or front deck

Large open space with lots of trees. No visible neighbors. Rooms are spacious but not huge. Kitchen is large with all the amenities.

This is an entire 3 bedroom house. All areas are accessible.

We’re not really in a neighborhood. There are several other houses on our street, but none are visible from our place.

This place is great. 3 very comfortable bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, great patio and very modern touches throughout. The only complaint we heard is that there is no reading light anywhere in the house.

House is clean, and comfortable, and well apppointed with amenities. We appreciated the smooth check-in process and enjoyed the scenery of the neighborhood. The traffic off the main road is busy, and the driveway is a bit steeper than we had anticipated. Overall it's a great property.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were actually bigger than expected and accommodated our party of 6 comfortably. The entire place was very clean and we were impressed with all of the kitchen amenities provided. We only stayed one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the house more. I would definitely return!

I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were very appreciated by my little group. I would recommend this home!

We have family in Santa Cruz and this place suited us perfectly. It’s clean and very welcoming. The outside space is lovely and great for watching the local wildlife over a glass of wine. Jerry was great. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms very clean and comfortable, and they provided all the amenities we needed. We didn't utilize the outdoor space, but it looked relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need for preparing meals. The house was close to stores and restaurants for anything we needed. The driveway was very steep, but over time, we figured the best way to navigate the driveway to prevent hitting the bottom of our car.

We were looking to stay in Scott’s Valley and Jerry’s place was one of the few listings in the area, so it was very convenient. Accessing the property was straightforward and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The patio was perfect for having meals, relaxing and enjoying nature. The wifi and tv worked great. The only problem we noticed was that the cold water gave off a sulphur odor. Also, the rain head shower was out of service but perhaps that will be fixed for future guests. I happily recommend Jerry’s place.

Jerry truly is a SUPER HOST..very accommodating. You get the best of both worlds with your stay, a beautiful house that makes you feel secluded in nature yet only a couple minutes to town. If I plan on staying in Scotts Valley in the future this is the 1st place I'm looking to book. Thanks again Jerry

It was so nice staying here, the whole house was clean at arrival and there was lots of space. There was a bit of trouble booking the place because of this app but the owners were very nice and helpful the whole time making sure everything got done and everything was okay.

This house is situated on a rather steep hill; however you can drive your car to the top and easily access all of the house, even if you have mobility issues. All appliances are modern and the kitchen is well stocked with seasoning, utensils and dinner ware. Jerry the owner is really nice and accommodating. He answered my call immediately when my little grandchild got stuck in a room and stayed with me on the phone until I got her out. Great place; we will probably spend another holiday with our family at this home.

I stayed at the property for a week during a nearby company retreat. The rental was centrally located, but we noticed a foul sewage like smell from the bathroom sinks and opted to not using the water at the property. Additionally, after the first night, we had to kill a scorpion before our dog got to it. What a surprise and dangerous hazard from this mismanaged property. Finally, the owner messaged me demanding I pay a junk fee that wasn't disclosed upfront through another application.

Property was clean, modern, and obviously was impeccably maintained, and everything works. The beds in the master and one of the bedrooms are comfortable and firm, but not hard. The area is very quiet, just how we like it. The owner accepted our senior cat (20 years old) into the home with us. We are thankful. The owner sets this property up very well: check-in was supery easy, communication was a breeze. The fact that everything was smooth from beginning to end points to the thoughtfulness that went into it. Improvement? Not much. We're readers, and there's no reading lamp in the house. Yes, you can read with the ceiling lights, but that consumes more energy than you need. However, if you like to watch TV, you'll love this house. It's got TV in just about every room. If you're seniors with bum knees you may have a hard time taking your stuff up the steep stairs in the front. So pack light. Overall, I highly recommend this place and the owner.
