"Overall a good choice. Centrally located and offers parking which is very convenient. Breakfast had good savory and sweet options including fresh ground and brewed coffee, eggs, local farm to table ingredients and friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff varied in attitude and demeanor , but Leila was excellent. Room cleaning was thorough and prompt. Pedestrian exit convenient to shops and restaurants. However, Wi-Fi was spotty at best and could be improved. Mezzanine conference room area good for laptop work and being out of room. Biella region is beautiful and relatively uncrowded compared to other small cities. Recommend hiking in Zegna Oasis preserve and Santuario Di Oropa. Piacenza factory store in Pollone has quality cashmere and wool clothing. Also recommend day trips to Torino and Aosta Valley. We would definitely return to this hotel!"

"We spent 2 days at this hotel/motel. Felt we got an extremely good deal. Nice room. Convenient location. Easy to get in to Arona. We were able to walk in and out again, though took 45 minutes. Good exercise! Breakfast was part of the deal & was excellent. Slight degree of disrepair in the brickwork around outside acting as a trip hazard. But otherwise very good."
