"We absolutely loved this place. The history of the building was fun and the redo was gorgeous. The hosts had thought of everything. When us old folks had trouble getting the TV on the station we wanted to watch a sports event, Marian, the manager, was there within minutes. We are looking forward to staying many more times. Florence was right outside our door and don’t miss shopping or eating there. Everything was better than advertised."

"When we arrived Patti met us and provided us with a wonderful welcome letter with rules and a little family history. She’s an amazing host who is extremely thoughtful! We were welcomed with some snacks and beverages. When you have kiddos you know how important those are 😁 During our stay we saw so many deer, spent time with the horses and roamed her beautiful property. So many bluebonnets! We had a family picnic and the weather was so nice, it was amazing. We highly recommend staying at this...

"This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a weekend softball tournament. The property was clean and very comfortable. The ac kept the temperature good, the bed was comfortable, nice beverage fridge and very large tv. I was especially appreciative of being able to park in the driveway. It was no big deal going in the house to access bathroom and the bathroom was very nice. The property owners are very friendly and my daughter loved the cats. If we are ever in the area, I would...

"Spacious comfortable living room and bedroom. Small but adequate bathroom and kitchen space. Located on large wooded grounds with plenty of free roaming deer. Horses share the stable next to the apartment and were surprisingly quiet stable mates! Host Patti lives on grounds and is very responsive with texting."
