"One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Perfect location with views of the mountains and lake. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast in beautiful dining room. Outdoor dining terrace.Full amenities including pool, spa etc.easy walk down to the lake and hourly bus uphill from the lake will also take you to Spiez railway station, convenient for connections to all parts of Switzerland. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel is in a great location to walk along the river and up to the castle. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and an amazing cocktail bar across the street called Atelier. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "

"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. The free transport card was great to have (~40 mins to Interlaken and ~20 mins to Thun via bus 21). Also the library/lounge are for guests was nice and the kitchen (with fridge space and free coffee, tea and apples) was great. HIGHLY recommend. Our only regret was not staying longer. "
