From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's spotless condition and the tranquil atmosphere it maintained throughout our visit. One of the most appreciated amenities, particularly in the warmer months, was the efficient and reliable air conditioning – a definite plus that's often hard to find locally. The hotel's strategic position in Thun made it an excellent base; a quick 30-minute train journey connected us effortlessly to Interlaken. We also appreciated the safety of the immediate area and the abundance of diverse dining choices within easy reach. "Wonderful property! Great views of lake Thun. Helpful, friendly and bilingual staff (I speak English). Superior double room was fantastic! Large, clean, modern, great balcony with great view. Spa was ridiculously nice and included (save massages)! Underground parking included too if you are touring, which we were. Probably my favorite stay ever, anywhere to be honest and my teen and young adult children felt the same which is not always easy. Worth the price and short walking distance to boat station too if you are headed to St. Beatus or cruising."

"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again! "
