There was a little hiccup with the checkin as I did not realize the email with the code went to my spam inbox. I found that and successfully got into the room. "

"Getting the key out of small box not clearly marked or indeed explained in the email was very stressful. This is a real problem. Hotel reception closes at 4pm!!!!"

"This place is incredibly charming. The morning breakfast is very German, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. I felt like as though i walked into a building that wouldve been modern 500 years ago, and I loved it. The stairs are steep, and not ADA accessible in any way, but I appreciated that aswell. "The shower was *tiny* but other than that, I loved staying here. It was a short walk to the S-Bahn, the keyless security system was very convenient, and the bed was SO COZY."

"Für ein Wochenende ausreichend, da wir eigentlich nur unterwegs waren. Schade daß es kein Frühstück gibt aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten um gut zu Frühstücken. Im großen und ganzen ein schönes Wochenende verbracht."

"A clean, well-run little hotel. On the dated side in terms of decor, if that matters. Solid amenities for tourists looking to save some cash too: fridge, kettle. They also have a nice little breakfast. We loved the location - easy bus to main station, nearby useful trams and ubahn/metro, also walkable (30 min) to Brandenburg Gate / tourist enivrons. Nice little craft cocktail bar on street below. amazing schnitzel place across the street."
