"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin. Its location near a train station was extremely convenient for travel around the city, as well as visiting many of the major tourist destinations. The staff was accommodating and efficient. The room was spacious and met our needs wonderfully. Very much recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel and staff, only let down was the A/C in the rooms. Swapped rooms thinking it was my room but the new room was no better. They upgraded me to a higher floor so I could open the windows which helped a bit but then the noise from the street was a bit much."

"This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room. "

"Service and staff were what differentiated the the Rui Plaza, great checkin and cleaning standard in the room was high. Comfortable beds, Great shower (hot water, good pressure). Really good rate for the standard of hotel. Aircon quiet and effective, Important as windows didn’t open. Breakfast price a bit high and had to hunt for power sockets with none on the desk area. Otherwise a very good stay. "

"Great hotel in a nice location near Zoologischer S-Bahn statuon and U-bahn. Breakfast included and was excellent. Hot eggs, croissants, rustic bread, fresh mint tea, hot chocolate, all was excellent. Super friendly staff. Beautiful room with nice artwork, comfortable bed, great modern shower. Would stay again for sure. A/c worked great."
