"I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"This is an awesome place to stay!! The location is in the heart of Tournai with free parking from 5pm in the evening and during the day from noon to 2pm except weekends. There is free parking very close by. It is an easy driving distance to Brussels and to local attractions. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and very clean. There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment but the view is nice and the terrace lovely! "

"A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality"

"Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but...
