"We were very happy there. It was a great vacation. The house was spotless. The house is in a perfect location. We were visiting family, so the house was 5 minutes from everyone. It was just a few minutes away from shopping. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Host is very nice and accommodating. We would definitely go there again!!!"
"Check in process was easy and the home was as expected. Pool needed some attention but I don’t put that on the owner and he offered to have somone out. We were accustomed to spa care so we had the spa, which was all we wanted, up in no time.Overall, we would stay again when we come to visit family in the area."
"This property was amazing and perfect for our girls trip. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was very quick to return any questions we had. Very impressive!"
"There were 3 couples that stayed at this property and it was sufficient for us. The check in and checkout was very smooth. The pool has two poolside lounge chairs for 6 adults, but worked okay as we sat on the pool’s edge to enjoy the sun. The covered patio had sufficient seating for all of us. Communication with the host was excellent. John and Carmen replied to our concerns promptly and made sure we had the things we needed to enjoy our stay."
"The house is beautiful. The pool area needs some attention. The pool is wonderful and my family really enjoyed it."
"We enjoyed our stay. Everything went very smooth. We purchased the social membership for the month and had a great time enjoying all the amenities. We loved driving around the community in the golf cart. We would enjoy coming again."
"This is an excellent property for 1 or 2 travelers. It is very quaint and comfortable. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was a very convenient location for me. The hosts are very nice, polite and knowledgeable about the area. They are also very responsive to any requests or questions."
"The house was well appointed. The space was roomy for family to gather in the common spaces of kitchen, patio/ pool, and family room and sleep comfortably in roomy bedrooms. Host was in touch and readily available with any questions we had. Use of the garage was helpful in the heat of Phoenix.
