"We had checked in online prior to arrival which was very straightforward. The hotel is situated right beside a tram stop so very easy to get to from the beach or the city. The entrance could be slightly clearer as it is also the car park entrance but that is not important. "Very convenient arrival from the tram. Hotel is nice, although the rooms are a bit dated. Perfect location to head to the beach and all it offers. Wifi signal was pretty weak from the room, but possibly because we were on the end. Shower is a bit difficult to climb into if you're on the shorter side. All in, I'd definitely recommend this historic hotel and would stay there again if I return to the area."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect- a peaceful spot right on the beach but also close to the bus/ tram station for quick access to downtown. The family room was perfect for our family of four. The staff was helpful and kind and the hotel and room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was impeccable offering espresso, cappuccino, etc and a variety of fruit, meats, sweets. We would love to come back! "
