"Compared to last year at this time, it was much better (as in room cleanliness). I was greeted graciously, and the room was ready. Slightly disappointed about the updating/construction that was going on but the amenities seemed to be the same but I didn’t have time to appreciate them. I only did breakfast on Sunday and that was fine. The bath in the room was spacious and plenty of grab bars for seniors - nice touch! Only wish it didn’t have a tub - would have preferred to have a limited...

"Really enjoyable stay and very friendly staff. The breakfast included was absolutely excellent and the gym and the pool are very clean and accessible. Only problem is that we stayed on a busy night and the initial lot and the overflow lot were both full so we had to park elsewhere when parking was included as part of the advertisement."

"A delight from start to finish. Great communication from staff in advance and during stay. Accommodated me in several ways because was in Schenectady for a Marathon. Beautiful, historic facility and neighborhood, very comfortable room and bed. There’s also a contemporary Woodstock atmosphere with a yoga/wellness center and, on my Saturday, a gallery with alternative health care and culture items. All in all, an unexpectedly memorable experience. Highly recommend in your traveling the region. "
