"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"I feel like this will be a nice property soon. As of May 2025 it is a semi-finished renovation. Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. Once correction that is needed is that the unit does not have parking on site as listed. It is first come first serve street parking situation. It is very close to the trains and easy commute into Brussels. "

"This garden house is an amazingly beautiful setting. You enter an unassuming gate to a narrow path through a garden to enter ... and as you reach the house, you are transported to a tranquil, rural setting with views of the garden and undeveloped pasture behind that is simply surreal. It feels like it's miles away from the busy traffic and provides a haven from the bustle of the city."

"This old converted wind mill is in a quiet village and is beautiful. The host was most helpful during our stay. If you are looking for something unusual and peaceful The Millhouse is perfect. There are several steps to get to your apartment located at the top of the windmill and after entering you have 3 floors. My husband and I are in our 70s and we did not find it difficult at all. We found several bakeries close by that had the best pastries I have ever tasted. WONDERFUL!,Irene from NC...

"This home was amazing. We stayed here at the end of our time in Europe to unwind and relax for a few days. The farm is beautiful, the history of the home is incredible, and the hosts are phenomenal people. We drove to Brussels one day in 30-40 minutes, the local grocery store was easy. "

"We had a wonderful stay here, the location was close to the main square within a short walk. The home decor is eclectic, but being a fan of design it was cool to be surrounded by so many curated pieces of art and design. I could spend some time checking out the various design and photography books in the house. Luckily, parking was not an issue during our stay and the location made it a good base for exploring other areas of Belgium."
