Doors don't close, door handled fall off, temporary steps, sinks not installed, etc. However, the unit is very large and has three good sized beds. "The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room.
