Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%
Reception was welcoming and friendly
Facilities were as described and ideal.

It's a budget hotel but you get what you pay for.
It is old, dated and creaky - a bit like me. Yes, it needs renovation but our room was ok. The guy behind the desk showed us to the room and brought us an extra towel.
Don't expect modern, luxury accommodation and you'll be ok
As you went in nearly tripped over metal grid on floor which was stuck up over an inch also the room we were shown was filthy bed sheets didnt fit dirty bed runner carpet was disgusting no bath doors were filthy completely ruined the holiday couldn't book anywhere else no where available so went home no refund either terrible

Was ok
Was nice I stayed with family for two nights but so much loud noises floor is cranking ,building needs TLC def other wise it’s good there a park behind if u have small children then would love it . parking is a bit tight but you can park off roads too over all it was ok
This is a clean 3 star hotel dated but our room was lovely and clean and Warm. ashower was hot. Tea and coffee provided. great value for money, reminded me of the 1970s. :-)
We didn't expect anything other than basic for the price - we were looking for a cheap bed for the night whilst decorating a house. The bathroom floor is damaged and rotting, but more concerning is the broken towel rail, which my 8 year old cut his head on. I have tried to ring to let the Hotel owners know as the place was unmanned at check out but couldn't get an answer!

We had a nice stay room was clean and tidy and lovely an warm
Do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Ruined our night away that we had planned as a family. Had to drive the 4 hours home as none of us felt comfortable staying there for the night! Pictures are all lies.

Budget, basic room which is exactly what we paid !
We were looking for a cheap, basic bed for the night and this delivered. It was clean, bed not particularly comfortable but certainly adequate for the price. Pretty good plumbing considering the age of the building, and the heating was good! A few snaggy things like a small hole in the wardrobe door and broken sharp towel rail.
Again get what u pay for but a very plecent stay n the price is sutable for a family room stayed 5 times now in the past 6 months so do recomend for a very plecent what you get cheap family stay :)
Second stay at this hotel. Perfect for a business traveller. Cheap, comfortable, good WiFi, slept well all night. Staff excellent. Will stay here again.
The service was so kind every time, both during chek im and durimg check out. Just we didn't have trowels in the room butvit was sorted out ringing reception eventhough being late in the naight.
