In the living room, which is the heart of the cottage, you can potter about with your own summer projects – whether it's a simmering stew on the stove, a good book or a nap – while enjoying each other's company and the cozy atmosphere. Many of the cottage's original details have been preserved in the charming interior with rag rugs and light-colored hides, which complement the warm glow of the wood paneling on the walls, floors, and ceiling.



On the wooden terrace, which wraps around the entire cottage, you can always find a cozy spot when the sun is out. If you're up for an adventure, you can hike on one of the area's many trails, which are full of birds and wildlife, or head to Lyngså Beach, which is a 10-minute walk from the cottage and beautifully situated on the Kattegat and Læsø.
