"I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and effort, and I would be happy to return again."

"Check in at the hotel was easy. I had prebooked car parking with them. Their car park is limited to average size cars. The NCP is next door for large/SUV types. The room and hotel was spotless during our stay. Breakfast is a huge choice from full English, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and pastries. All really good. So glad I stayed here, I would definitely recommend."

"We had a nice stay overall, and the room itself was lovely with a great location. However, on arrival we noticed the mugs in the room were a little dirty, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Unfortunately, after flagging this to staff, the issues weren't resolved, and we ended up having to go out and buy our own shampoo. The stay was enjoyable, but a few extra attention-to-detail checks would go a long way."

"We had a brilliant stay. We only stayed for one night but found it to be totally worth the money. We were welcomed by the friendly staff in reception and found the staff around the property extremely helpful. Especially the staff in the restaurant and one staff member in particular was great at putting my husband at ease about what he could eat as he is a coeliac. The room was a lovely size and the mini fridge was a bonus. The fan was great addition as it was such a hot day so helped alot. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Only one slight negative was that we couldn't turn the towel rail off in the bathroom which wasn't needed as it was a hot day but it didn't affect our stay."
