"The hotel has an excellent location, I cannot think of any better one. The staff were very friendly and helpful, went out of their way to book a table for me at a highly recommended bouchon on a Saturday night when it was extremely busy. Also helped with other advice that I sought. The hotel is very nice and very clean. The room was spacious, bright, clean and pleasant to stay in even during the day, not only for spending the night. However, I found the bed too soft and since I suffer with lower back pain, with each night I was struggling more and more with the back pain. I am not sure if the Hotel would have done something about it if I had mentioned it to them, but I did not. And, secondly, I stayed there during the heatwave when it was necessary to run the air-conditioning unit in the room day and night. The hum of the fan, even though not loud, interfered with my sleep at night. Would I recommend the Hotel to my friends and family? Yes, definitely, but with the above two caveats. Would I stay again in the Hotel? Yes, but not during the heatwave and if I could discuss the need for much firmer bed with the Hotel management."

"Outstanding hotel in Lyon. Beautiful space, spacious rooms with full amenities including a stocked minibar. Well staffed by professionals and very helpful at all Aspects of our stay. Location is very convenient and in a beautiful part of Lyon. One of the best hotel I have stayed at in France. Value for price is excellent. The breakfast is a delicious buffet. The restaurant is also very good with creative dishes. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back."

"I would highly recommend this hotel as the price is incredible for the location so close to the station, great air conditioning and very comfortable. You do get what you pay for so important to manage your expectations as there is no coffee facility in room but there is a coffee machine in the lobby and the rooms are small but we were happy with that as spent our days out. It would be great if there was a couple of benches at the side of the hotel so you can sit outside at times as the restaurant wasn’t open in the afternoons. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would be happy to stay there again. It also felt very safe. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"This is a good modern hotel. It is out of the city centre but the underground station is right beside the hotel. It’s a 15 minute journey in to the city. The hotel provides free access to the pool. There’s a huge outdoor pool and an indoor one. You must wear trunk type swim shorts and swim hats. The breakfast is ok, we had to ask to get items topped up and the flies were a bit of a pain. I would return to this hotel."
