"Very clean and spacious room. The bed was so comfortable and the linen so soft, amazing (I have found this with other Hyatts). Great shower and toiletries. Appreciate the 12 noon check-out. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area."

"This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."

"Nice clean comfortable rooms, excellent gym. Food not bad either. Lacking atmosphere and room was very hot, window didn’t open very well but for the price it was excellent."
