The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Right on the parade route. Right next to beautiful Forsythe Park. Walking distance to anywhere in the historic district. The fact that it came with a parking spot made it even more perfect. Kitchen is very small but wasn’t a problem for us. Would stay there again.

From the moment I arrived I had the most amazing experience. First and foremost, this VRBO was in a fantastic location! Forsyth park was 1 block away, and they hosted Jazz Fest the weekend that I was there - which was an added bonus! The accommodations were everything that I needed or expected. It was very clean, and I had great communication with the host. I can’t wait to visit again ~

Great location. The apartment is nicely decorated. It's within walking distance of everything you want to see in the Historic District. Would definitely stay at this location again.

It is almost like the pictures. It is in a good location but the outside of the building does not look like the pictures. There was not a working light outside and there are not chairs outside the bedroom patio door. Rather, that area is very run down and next to a larger building that has a light that shines into the bedroom at.night. The location is fabulous next to Forsythe Park but the property itself is not entirely like what is pictured when you book.

This property is in an ideal location just steps from Forsyth Park with a designated offstreet parking spot. It has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Adequate kitchen. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this apartment last year to move our daughter into her SCAD dorm and liked it so much that we booked it again this year. It has new and modern furnishings and everything was very clean. The AC keeps the apartment cool and the water in the shower is nice and hot. Having a clothes washer and dryer is nice bonus. And, the proximity to Forsyth Park, the quiet neighborhood, and restaurants within walking distance are ideal. The designated parking spot make the stay easier too. This stay we had a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved by the management. Overall very happy and will book again next year if available.

The property itself was just okay and I would not recommend to others because of the parking, the bathroom was less than okay and needs to be redone. It was very old and moldy smelling. The living room was updated but they had no coffee or tea which every air b n b has. I was disappointed in the property.

We enjoyed our stay, in a clean, quiet, and nicely located (to downtown) apartment. Less than a mile walk to downtown and right across from Forsyth Park. The apartment had all you need, and was quite comfortable. Everything worked well, except for a noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom. Savannah is such a great town! We would stay at this location again.

I was pleased with the cleanliness & amenities. Walking distance to about anything. I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor space was pretty dismal. But there are a couple of chairs out there and it's very close to your parking place. Nice place to regroup between outings.

This was the perfect place for our 25th anniversary trip! Across the street from Forsyth Park with a parking spot was fantastic. Everything was a 10-25min walk away, which was great. It was nice and quiet and we felt completely safe walking around town. A couple suggestions to make the place a little nicer - nicer curtains (these reminded me of a college apartment), a full-length mirror on or behind the bedroom door, a better shower head, tissues, better soap, etc (the soap was dry and brittle like someone swiped it from a hotel years ago), and more coffee. Overall, it was very comfortable and the perfect location.

The location was awesome! Enjoyed the close proximity to Forsyth Park. The app was so easy to use and made it stress free! Loved where we stayed but the only downfall was the water pressure. I don’t have long think hair, luckily, but it still took me a long time to rinse out my hair in the shower. But that can likely be easily fixed. We also met some of the neighbors and they were so welcoming and helpful.

We were very happy with the location just off Forsythe Park walking distance to all of Historic Savannah. We didn't cook but there was enough cookware and dishes, but only one wine glass. it's a good thing my husband was abstaining!! The shower didn't have much pressure but lots of hot water. My only complaint was that the curtains in the bedroom need to be heavier, the light from SCAD next door shone right in our eyes.

The apartment was smaller than expected but still plenty of room for the two of us. I would add dark out curtains in the bedroom since the parking lot at the school has a very bright light on every night. The parking is not great when there are a lot of people, especially since the one tenant pulls too far forward. The shower floor is not great on the feet and the shower head sucks but youre in the city so not surprised by that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved the apartment and location! Very clean! Next to Forsyth Park and not a bad walk from everything in the historic district. The only & main issue we had with our stay was that the TV in bedroom would never work. We reached out to management twice and they never followed up to resolve during our long stay. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. Overall, we had a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was overall a good stay, the only thing is that it smelled strongly of chemical cleaners for a whole two days. Being pregnant and with a toddler I didn’t like this at all. We aired out the place and it got to be tolerable. Please consider using a natural cleaning company. Other than that, everything was good.

The entire unit smelled like cigarette smoke. In fact, all of our luggage and clothes reek of it now. The bed was very stiff. The shower temp was scalding hot and only temp available. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. We were very uncomfortable and will not visit this unit again, unfortunately.

The appearance and cleanliness were excellent. The location was great. Some minor things could have been better: There was no blanket for the bed, and it was cold at night. There were no facial tissues; this is a minor, but nice-to-have feature. Light switches initially appeared not to work because lamps were not plugged into the switchable outlets (corrected when we realized the problem). The entry was confusing: you park in the back but must enter from the front requiring you to walk around the entire complex. Having to parallel park was initially daunting; luckily, the adjourning space was not utilized, so we were OK. Would we stay there again? Maybe, but we would need to check alternatives.
