"This is an older hotel but the interior of the rooms have been nicely updated. the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping was well done with very clear rooms, Very close to Shiloh National Park. A good, comfortable value."

"My extended family were in town for a family wedding and rented the house for a week. It was even better than the photos! Chris the host was super responsive, gave me a list a multiple places to eat, and things to do in the area, but I confess that other than going to visit the battlefields at Shiloh National park, and my husband and I taking a day to visit Graceland, we were all happy to be at the house and enjoy its mantra amenities. I hope I have a reason to come to the area again so we might enjoy another stay at the house!Thank you Chris!"

"I so enjoyed the quiet. I watched the eagles and the few boats that came by. Wish we could have gotten the local news on TV, but over all it was great! Patty is great to work with also."

"Great place to stay! The house was very clean, conveniently located near the boat ramps, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back at Pickwick!"

"My husband and I were in Clifton for our son’s golf tournament, and so that’s why we needed a place to stay. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating and the room was extremely clean! I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been in “nice” hotels that haven’t been this clean! There’s not really anything to do in the area… not many choices as far as restaurants… but if you need a place to stay, I recommend The Bear Inn for sure."
