"I had room # 23 at the back. I was pulling a camper, was 37 feet long from front of my car to the rear of the camper. The clerk didn't tell me I would have trouble turning around at the back. I almost didn't make it out with the very limited room at the back. He should know better next time another guest pulling a trailer takes a room at the back. All in all the room was clean and comfortable. And I learned the hard way not to buy cancellation insurance as the insurance company is a 3rd party American company. If I had bought the cancellation insurance then my whole transaction would have been in American funds."

"The location was great! An elevator would be helpful. When we checked in after travelling for hours, the washroom by the front office was locked. It would be nice if it was open. But we did enjoy our stay. Beds comfy and clean. Good breakfast."

"I didn’t like that Expedia says “hot tub” but there’s only a sauna. Pool is nice and warm but without even stairs to sit/stand on, it’s too deep for younger children."

"Bed was very comfy and whole cottage was good. Few things were missing like no tissues or tissue box in the bedroom and no napkins in the kitchen. No hair dryer and office was closed so could not ask for it. The pond was a dirty pool of water and nothing like what shows up in the picture and hot tub was closed. Rest all was good"

"My boys and I stayed as we passed through town. We arrived late and service was quick and easy. Staff was friendly, and provided a grab bag of snacks and a bottle of water, which I thought was very lovely. The room was as pictured and there was no issue with bugs, stains or unpleasant smells. We left as the sun rose and felt well rested for our day. We would stay again."
