"This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back. "

We booked a lake facing room with a balcony which on the whole was very nice. A couple of issues did come up. 1) There is no air-conditioning in the rooms meaning in hot weather the heat in the room was oppressive. 2) There was only a 1m wall between the balconies however no higher partition which...
