Mein Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Was ärgerlich war: Am Tag des Checkouts wurde mein Zimmer bereits vor meinem Checkout gereinigt und meine restlichen Sachen an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Unangenehm… "

The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked.
