"The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! "

"This was my first time staying with VRBO. The unit in Eau Gallie was excellent and everything that it was advertised to be. All the accommodations were very good. The area was quite. All and all, it serviced my needs for the trip. My trip was not a please trip, it was entirely something else. I will try to check this units availability the next time I come to Melbourne. "Lovely property, walk onto cocoa beach. Gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. This property had a stocked kitchen, coffee, all beach and bath essentials. Was very comfortable for a beach couple stay! Hope to go back!"

"Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus."

"It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome!
