"We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! Our pups loved the backyard and we adored the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks the evenings. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the house was just so homey overall. We ended up extending our trip a couple days and if would have had my way....we would never have left. "This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."

"My daughter and I stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the pool very much. The larger bedroom is the more comfortable bed. I had to switch with my daughter as I am used to a softer bed. The smaller bedroom does not have enough room for a large suitcase but you can either use the other bedroom or the floor in the entry. We will DEFINITELY try to rent the house again when we come back."
