"We did not need laundry service. The parking was good and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, in a great area to walk along the river Do not miss the Remai Art Gallery! "

"I’ve stayed at three Sheraton hotels in Canada — twice in Vancouver and once in Calgary — and I never had any regrets, which is why I was so disappointed with the Sheraton in Saskatoon. We stayed for three nights and paid over $250 per night, yet there was no complimentary breakfast or parking. The lobby floor looked filthy, the carpets appeared unvacuumed, and the elevators were slow and dirty. The room was okay nothing special, a bit small. Unfortunately, the overall condition and service did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Sheraton hotels. We’ve decided that we will be booking a different hotel the next time we visit."

"I will continue to stay here & have always enjoyed my time here. Great breakfast, chocolate chip cookie on arrival, comfortable beds. My only gripe about this particular stay was on arrival our bathroom door was closed. When I opened it I learned why. It smelled like sewage. There was some sort of bad smell wafting from the drains similar to how it smells in Mexico resorts. I wasn’t to thrilled but I didn’t want to bother with changing rooms. If they knew it smelled because they kept the door closed why didn’t they at least try deoderiozer ? "

"Property is quite old and ran down. The theme room we had was dingy, smelt musty / damp..paint missing off the walls and no smart tv or large amount of channels to choose from. You can’t go outside without being asked for cigarettes or money. Pool area is extremely wet and slippery. Staff isn’t expected to keep it dry or safe for families. The young pool staff stands around playing on their phones and hanging out rather than taking 5 minutes to mop pool area. The kids enjoyed the water slides but was definately a 1 time experience, our family won’t be returning. "
