"My partner and I stayed here on the weekend of 24-26th. The property was clean, and the gym and pool was everything we needed. The room was comfortable with a somewhat panoramic view. Unfortunately, Hudson's block party was ongoing for the entire stay causing a huge noise disturbance, at no fault of the hotel. At checkout, when asked how my stay was, I informed them that we had difficulties sleeping the entire weekend due to same. Without having any expectations or implying I wanted any compensation, the manager wanted to make things right for us, no questions asked. He went above and beyond. He left my partner and I very happy. We will happily return to this hotel for future needs.
I was unable to catch their names, but from the front staff, hotel manager on duty on the Sunday that we were leaving to the cleanliness of the hotel, we left happy despite lack of sleep."
