Television options poor unless you had your own streaming accounts. Could not simply get local television or basic cable. During my stay there were several other noisy patrons on my floor, yelling up the hallway to each other late at night, a couple loudly fighting. No breakfast included like the Hampton next door which is a better maintained property.

Check in staff tried repeatedly to get us to take a 1 king bed with a cot even though he was acknowledged we had booked 2 queens, and we maintained we wanted what we had booked. (We did eventually get it correctly) Hotel seemed run down, and generally didn't smell great. Fitness center was ample, and the room itself was decent. Would have expected to pay less for this hotel experience.

Panhandlers are out front of the hotel constantly. Rooms aren’t the greatest either. Beds are comfortable and staff are friendly, but that’s about the only good thing about this hotel.

Lots of parking available. Room set up was weird (fridge facing the door, not with the table or near beds). There were a dozen kids running and screaming for 2 hours (not the hotel’s fault and they did try to deal with it)…more a comment on the parents of those kids. Staff were great and helpful. Safe neighborhood, close to a ton of stores and restaurants. Overall a great stay!
