Beautiful, historical country house "La Haute Gilberdière", from the 19th century. 3 houses in the residence. 900 m from the centre of Sartilly, 8 km from the centre of Carolles, 15 km from the centre of Avranches, 8 km from the sea. For shared use: park 2'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Sartilly Rue Grande Rue" 1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"La Haute Gilberdière", 3-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and radio. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Alles funktioniert irgendwie: WLAN je nach Wetter überhaupt nicht oder mickrige Transferraten, Licht funktioniert, aber entweder mit Wackelkontakt oder ohne Leuchtenschirm Mobiliar alt, muffig und zusammengestöpselt, aber teilweise antik Wir haben den EG-Raum gar nicht genutzt wegen dem muffigen Geruch

Keurig nette vakantiewoning met prachtige tuin in rustige omgeving. Zeer geschikt als je van rust houdt. Prachtige wandelingen zijn uitgezet in de directe omgeving, goed te doen voor geoefende en ongeoefende wandelaars.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgesta...

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gutes Geschirr, Gläser, Tischwäsche, alles geschmackvoll und von guter Qualität. Die Möblierung ist im Stil der Normandie, echte alte Möbel, sehr gepflegt und ansprechend, liebt man diesen Stil. Sehr sauber, von der Küche bis zum Bad. Das Haus, der herrliche Garten, die Ruhe, alles spricht für dieses Domizil, wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind echte Gastgeber. Reisetipps: Der Strand ist nur wenige km entfernt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit der Nahversorgung in einem Supermarkt. In der nur 14 Km entfernten Stadt Granville sind die Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf auf höherem Standart. Die überaus liebenswerten Vermieter sprechen gerne Empfehlungen aus. Lohnende Ausflugsziele sind Mont Saint–Michel (nicht am Wochenende,) Saint Malo und unbedingt Granville. Die Fahrt entlang der Küste ist sehr schön. Die Anreise, so werden wir künftig fahren, empfehlen wir via Luxemburg und Belgien.

Ein schönes, sehr gepflegtes H...

Ein schönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus, liebevoll mit vielen Antiquitäten ausgestattet, das eine behagliche und romantische Stimmung garantiert. Darüber hinaus alles notwendige vorhanden: schönes Geschirr, Küchenutensilien und sogar Tischwäsche. Es fehlte unsan nichts. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns sehr nett empfangen und viele guten Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt: eine sehr nette und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre.Der Garten des Ehepares ist einfach bezaubernd: für Gartenliebhaber eine absolute Überraschung. Ein Gartenmit "Soul". Unsere Ferienwoche war gefühlt viel zu kurz: wir haben die Ruhe der Umgebung genossen, viele Radtouren und Strandspaziergänge unternommen, eine Wanderung auf Pilgerspuren zu Le Mont St Michelle (nur mir Guide!), u.a. Granville und das Diormuseum besichtigt .. man hat unzählige Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen und schöne Sachen zu machen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Gepflegtes Ambiente, gutes Gesamtpaket

Die Gartenanlage ließen nichts zu wünschen übrig ein Kleinod, wer Pflanzen mag und liebt, nette aufgeschlossene Vermieter. Vom Bett aus bei offenem Fenster wird man morgens von dem Muhen der Kühe aus weiterer Entfernung begüßt. Eine gute Entfernung mit dem Auto zum Strand, der Supermarkt in Fußentfernung. Sehr zu empfehlen, der Cidre und auch die Tips der Besitzer was sich lohnt zu besuchen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. ich würde es jeder Zeit erneut wieder buchen. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und ausreichend. Das Kloster Sant Michel ein highlight.

Bezauberndes Häuschen

Sehr hübsches Ferienhäuschen (umgebautes altes normannisches Bauernhaus), liebevoll restauriert und charmant-rustikal eingerichtet. Einzig der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist lediglich ein dünnes Rinnsal. Zauberhafter üppiger Garten. Reizendes älteres Vermieterehepaar (Lehrer im Ruhestand). Selbstversorgung problemlos, Supermarkt ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt, Boulanger im Ort 10 min. zu Fuß. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
