"We enjoyed a really lovely stay for 4 nights. The property has been beautifully restored, and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The amenities were lovely - especially the pool, sauna, and gym. Because our room was on the small side, it would have been nice to sit in the bar/lounge off of the lobby to eat or to have a drink, but this area is currently closed. Also, the Drawbridge Room was locked and unusable - this may have been because they were experiencing some fob/controlled access issues while we were there. The mats in the gym were in rough condition and should be replaced - I was relieved to have my own yoga mat with me. Those issues were low level, however, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed at Fauld’s Motel probably 5 - 10 times. The guys running the motel are friendly and polite. The only real concern I have is I would prefer to be able to control the heat in my room. There is no way to adjust the heat if you’re too cold or hot vice versa. "
