"The hotel is in a great location. Central point for getting around Sarnia. Easy in and out. The staff was friendly and check-in/out was easy. Breakfast was decent. The hotel could use some TLC. Carpets in hallways looked dingy and dirty. The floor in our room was dirty... Not lying visible with the dark plank flooring but barefeet and socks collected all the dirt and dust. "We were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello upon arriving at the front desk. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Our room was a reasonable size and very clean. The bed was in excellent condition and we got a good nights sleep. The shower was perfect and we had no issues with the running of it or not enough hot water. The flushing of the toilet seemed to run for awhile but it did eventually stop. The amenities provided for the shower area was really good. Three pumping bottles were provided for a body cleansing, shampoo and a conditioner as well as a bar of soap. A blower dryer was provided along with an iron/ironing board in case that was something you needed. All in all a 10 out of 10 rating from us Also want to mention that the complimentary breakfast was excellent and I did mention that to the lady that looked after everything in the kitchen and eating area. Very,very clean area! Keep up the excellent service to everyone at Days Inn 😊"
