Across from Coco Beach!
- This condo is directly across the street from the beautiful beach at Playas del Coco with public access to the beach just steps away. It is a quiet, small complex with only 10 units. It has tropical landscaping, a pool, and night time security guard. There is an entry gate that stays locked from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am for added security (you have access to the keys). This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 1/2 bath two story unit, with wifi, cable TV in Spanish and English, and well equipped kitchen. The condo is within easy walking distance to great restaurants, stores, markets, doctors, dentists, and downtown. Come enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets!
