"The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had plenty of space for the two of us and would be equally comfortable for four. Convenient to downtown, about 5 minutes by car. The street is residential but a main route through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice, dating to mid-century. Safe to walk through. It is a healthy walk to downtown. Most homes appear to be well kept. Some of the neighboring properties are being rehabbed, and some are in need of rehab....
