"We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. "The Brufani is one of the oldest hotels in Perugia. The location is very centrally located, yet up on the Hill so not too congested. My room was a bit tired looking from a design standpoint, but it was an oversized suite overlooking the entire valley below and a medieval tower just feet away. Ask for room 138. They also have a lovely outdoor terrace for the perfect place for an aperitivo. The included breakfast is wonderful and the staff fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And stay there again. Perugia is a great base to stay and do trips around the Umbrian region. Simply Stunning and less crowds than Tuscany. "
