"Had such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucú (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience. "This hotel is perfect for the view. Room was basic but had all you need. Staff were friendly & helpful. Thing that let it down for me was the fact I booked it for the free airport shuttle, but when I came to booking the taxi they said it was only for guests staying for 5 days so be aware of that when booking as they don’t make that clear. "good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. "Hotel is clean, fresh, and well staffed. Pool is small but delightful. The swim up "bar" made delicious smoothies (but no alcoholic drinks in this muslim country, which was fine for us.) The room I picked promised a view of the pyramids of Giza and it did not disappoint! The top floor dining area also had great food and terrific views. It's a bit removed from the city but was well situated for what we came to see on our short trip."

"So basically if you wanna be electrocuted and go toilet with no flush and be cooked like a sunday roast its your place ... hanging lights look about to fgall .. no trowels no bed sheets . Dirty beds .. no utensils which are clean just spend the money and go hilton"

"A bit far from the pyramids but you get what you pay for, rooms were ok, quite a new building so was alright. No hot water in the rooms, so wasn’t good. Non existent breakfast - so went to McDonald’s instead. We had a car so was a good location for pyramids and GEM."

Clean, modern and beautiful hotel

"Fabulous hotel - clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge for a family of 4. Separate bathroom, dressing room with laundry, small kitchen with full appliances, huge picture window out to Cairo and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and service, while a little slow, was good. We dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 2 different restaurants over our 4 day stay."
