Not bad property, poor customer service

The property is ok, but I don't like that it's a bit too dark, not veeeery family friendly. Cleaningness is just above average. BTW, parking slot is not guaranteed so NOT recommended for travellers who are driving in Hokkaido. I spent a lot for IDD to contact the host when the parking was used up, but the response was not helpful at all. I believe this was not the first time happened to the guests, so I think it would be much helpful if the host can at least provide a list of available parking spaces when the designated one is full since we are obviously not familiar around.

悩んだら、やめた方が良いかも⁈

全体にキレイで使いやすかったです。 一部屋の人数シミュレーションがあると、分かりやすかったかもしれません。 宿の方に直接連絡しましたが、宿の名前が見つけ辛くて大変だったことを話しましたが、受け入れる気持ちゼロで却下されたことは、とても残念です。 料金を受け取っても連絡を頂けず、お金さえ貰えたら良いのかな⁈という、気持ちになりました。 お水が置いてありましたが、15人で宿泊するのに、メモも無く500mlが8本しかなく、どう使って良いか⁈悩みました。
