"This is one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok. I really like to stay here and I have enjoyed staying here for over 15 years. The staff are always welcoming and nice. The rooms are very spacious and all the amenities are excellent and in working order such as laundry, gym and pool "

"A little dated but staff really helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was generally very busy and they could do with a new coffee machine which was slow and filter coffee not filled regularly. Great pool which will be better when bar is opened."

He was friendly and tried to be helpful. There was a third employee that didn’t speak any English. He seemed far more concerned with checking his social media on his smartphone than actually providing any information or customer service. "A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. Paula, the manager, is exceptionally caring and kind person."

"Pro: Great location to transportation, malls and central location, away from the buzzing streets yet nearby by foot, lots of space and storage, friendly staffs and some great cafes nearby Cons: Dusty, pillow too soft (neck hurts), water pressure for shower and tap isn't stable (water heater too), lacks some basic items like toothbrush etc and spider web and water leakage on wall/ceiling pant. Toilet has a foul smell too."

"This "hotel" is more of an extended stay place or an "aparthotel" meaning it has a fridge, sink, and microwave. The place wasn't in good shape. There were bugs in the room, the shower drain was clogged and it was an odd experience overall staying there. There was a note in the shower to cover the drain when not in use to prevent a sewage smell. Hm. The building itself appears to be a converted office building. "The room's wooden floor was clean. We utilised the washing machine in the room and it worked well. Location was close to Phrom Phong BTS, and the shopping mall, Emporium. Basic amenities provided in the room were good. "
