"I stay at this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok. The staff are amazing and immediately fix any problem. I would recommend they replace their bathroom sink faucet because it was not firmly attached to the sink. Also, the shower drain was a bit slow draining the shower water, so cleaning the drains is recommended. I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel. "

"The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward.
