"The. hotel is in a. lovely. position near. the. red fort . The. breakfast. was. extensive. with eggs. done. to. order. The. rooms. are. generously. sized well decorated and. cleaned. daily on request. I didnt. use the. pool area. as. I dislike. piped. music but. others. said. the. outdoor. pool was very. nice. , though the. area. around. it. is. small. Staff. were. very. good. , helpful and charming . I will use. thius. hotel on future. visits. to. Alanya"

"Staff are not as attentive as expected, maybe they are just struggling with the language barrier. Good location by the beach but we went on the 3rd week of April, amenities aren’t ready. A bit quiet. TV was not working, replaced by regular tv (not smart) so only Turkish channels that we did not understand. Not too bad but lower quality than expected and promoted."

"Most wonderful experience at Ozgur Bey’ 14 day stay & everything was amazing! Breakfast rich & good variety of choice with eggs cooked to your choice each morning by lovely staff in kitchen. Rooms cleaned daily & front of hotel staff were very nice & helpful. Incredibly clean areas all around hotel , pool / spa area was not accessible at this time but look forward to returning here very soon, July. Absolutely recommend you to visit! Many Thanks to staff & of course beautiful owner !"

"The cabin that I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived, so I stayed 1 night in a regular room hence the reduced rating. The cabana was nice, facing the sea and you can seat on a deck and enjoy the sound of crushing waves down below. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast could satisfy 3 people with my appetite:) Overall a pleasant experience. "

"They can't speak English. No room service at all. I asked for room service and towels 3 times but they didn't respond."

"Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back."
