"Very modern & clean. Good restaurant options ( Taberna Sol Grosso is a must try) and 7 minute walking distance to cruise terminal. A little walk to Rossio Square but it’s our choice to be closer to cruise ship terminal. Shower in our room is separate from the bathroom area. A little inconvenient. I understood some other rooms have all facilities in the same area. I will stay here again pre cruise for sure. "

"This property worked great for our stay. Teresa was incredibly responsive to all of our requests. We were able to purchase a parking spot in a gated area right behind the apartment during our stay for our rental car which worked out great. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed, just across the street is a nice little market to stock up for food items and within a couple of city blocks are some great restaurants. We actually ate every evening up the street at a different venue. It worked out perfectly to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busiest areas of Lisbon."

"Well placed for alfama, castello, se! Tram 28 stops 10m away. Very functional - but no elevator, steep stairs, maybe the smallest bathroom ever. But it worked well for me and my son. Silvia will provide all the information you need (she alone is half the value!)"

"Jose,the host,couldn't be more helpful. He provided dried goods like pasta, olive oil condiments etc - and a bottle of wine and 2 traditional custard tarts as a welcome gift. He also drove us around Graca to orientate us as well as showing us a local short cut which made accessing the local facilities more straightforward. He also took us to the airport on departure without charge. The apartment is at the top of one of Lisbon's many hills so you need a car/taxis (which are very reasonably priced) to get back up to the address - unless you are pretty fit! But it is in a cul-de-sac so is quiet and there is a terrific view of the sea from the street. Buses go from the nearest main road and the iconic 28 tram from a few streets further on. Lisbon is a fantastic city with so much to see and do - and this year is the 50th anniversary of Portugal's peaceful revolution in 1974. There is a small museum about the resistance movement - the Museo do Aljube - which describes the repressive conditions suffered by the population before democracy was won. Absolutely fascinating. And on a lighter note - don't miss seeing the views from the many "miradouros" - viewing points, they are stunning. All in all, a lovely stay in a wonderful city."

"The property was very nice but it was really made for a single person or at most two. The sofa was nice, and also served as a sofabed, did not have any linens or comforter which was a bit of a surprise. The wifi was good for the first day and did not work on the second. Nevertheless, it was a good apartment. The area was a little out of the way of the main city but within 10-15 minutes walking of the station. "
