"A TV não funcionava a internet não funcionava não tinha ar condicionado (só ventilador e as luzes funcionavam). E o Chuveiro apontava para a parede. "Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there."
