Excessive and repetitive communication via WhatsApp…over 65 messages in the two days leading up to reservation Multiple messages about same topic, asked for my documents 7 separate times! And then on day of check in—after 3 pm, notified that apartment was unavailable and they wanted to move me to nearby less desirable location. 20 more messages from them but No instructions on accessing property, entry ? Until 6 pm on day of check in. Ruined my weekend trip. Never again with bot reservation system

Great place with somethings that could be better
The location is good (there are some people living on the street on both sides of the building though) You need to take some extra steps to check in, and they did not send me this information until after I was able to check in (which took about 30 minutes) Some of the outlets on room 106 do not work Sometimes a day I could smell sewage-like smell You can hear the kids playing at the school in front of the building The room is very comfortable, the black out curtains are amazing, and the porch is very nice I would like it better if there was a water filter in the kitchen, so I would not need to buy water everyday

A localização do edifício é excelente, para quem tem atividades no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca. Além disso, para quem gosta de baladas, tem a rua Augusta! Fica próximo a estação de metrô Mackenzie e do lado do Parque Augusta, o que possibilita caminhadas pela manhã.

Precisa melhorar
O apto fica próximo de bares, do parque Augusta, de restaurantes, padarias e mercearias e umas duas quadras do metro Higienopolis. A limpeza do apto no checin-in tudo bem, mas se precisar fazer limpeza e de trocar toalhas de banho tem que solicitar somente através o aplicativo. A recepção fica sem poder ajudar se for pedir uma nova toalha. No apto, falta alguns utensilios como: sanduicheira, pano de pratos, pouco talheres e utensílios para armazenar alimentos.

O hotel tem excelentes acomodações. Trata-se de um estúdio completo. Tem fogão, microondas, geladeira com freezer. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Secador de cabelo. Shampoo sabonete. Banheiro do tamanho certo. Nesse endereço não tem opção de quarto acessível para cadeirante. Uma pena.

Boa Opção de Hospedagem.
Prédio muito bem localizado, ao lado do Parque Augusta e praça Roosevelt. O que por um lado é excelente para locomoção na cidade, por outro lado é o ponto negativo: pois a região está bastante perigosa. Muitos moradores de rua e assaltos frequentes. Tem que ficar muito esperto. O quarto é bem equipado, mas na minha unidade não tinha máquina de café, e era bem pequena. Já uma amiga reservou nos mesmos dias, e a unidade dela era muito mais espaçosa e com máquina Nespresso. Detalhe: ela estava sozinha e eu em casal. A fechadura da porta é um tanto quanto chatinha, mas depois acostuma. Tive que solicitar a troca das baterias que estavam acabando, mas fui prontamente atendido pela manutenção durante o dia. No geral vale a pena.

No geral a estadia foi satisfatória, mas algumas coisas foram desagradáveis. O lençol da cama estava visivelmente sujo, o que me deixa crer que a roupa de cama não foi trocada de um hóspede para outro. A fechadura apresentou defeito mas a assistência chegou rápido. Não gostei do fato da pia do lavabo ficar do lado de fora do banheiro, além de muito apertado ficava desconfortável para arrumar até os cabelos. Senti falta de um espelho grande de corpo inteiro, assento do vaso folgado deslizando o tempo todo. Eu creio que quando queremos causar bom impacto com experiência questões como essas devem ser verificadas antes de liberar o quarto pro hóspede. Custo benefício no geral foi bom, eu voltaria a me hospedar.
