"The stay was great! The hotel was very well appointed, clean, excellent amenities and ambience. Please see my other review, I booked two rooms. The service from Ian, George, and Leticia was absolutely incredible, they displayed exactly what great customer service should be. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Itaim Bibi area of São Paulo!"
