"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back.
The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "Estrutura excelente para crianças. Equipe de recreação infantil ótima. Comida razoável, bem no estilo resort. Minha única ressalva é em relação a falta de flexibilidade em relação a abertura de todo o salão. No último jantar, a metade aberta do salão do restaurante já estava lotada com a outra metade fechada. Éramos 8 pessoas (sendo 3 crianças e 1 bebê) não tinha mesa para sentarmos e ao falar com o maître no restaurante, ele disse q não poderia abrir a outra parte, só depois de 20min. Achei...
"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."
