"Amazing property and room, only issue is it’s very understaffed so it’s hard to get anything without chasing down workers. They also don’t stay on the property so after like 11pm you’re on your own. Besides that it was a wonderful location and very peaceful."

"Location was superb. Very, very clean, and the gentleman at the reception desk was incredibly kind and helpful when I had a medical situation and needed his help since I didn’t speak Italian. The building is really interesting because you are basically in sort of an old palace type building and the hotel is just one part of it. There are a lot of twisty, Turney staircases, and the rooftop terrace is literally incredible. The only reason I gave it less than five stars is because the linens were...

"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."

"We found that the property was not as advertised. The restaurant was only open in the evening and it was a far walk in the dark on uneven paths. The pool bar was not open. The deluxe suite felt very dark and small and did not feel deluxe at all. The property was challenging to get to and further away with limited taxi service. The only bright part was the tall gentleman that worked there. He was very kind and helpful."

"My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many...

"The people were all extremely nice and helpful, location was amazing, exactly what we were after having never been to Florence !!"

"Real nice and clean. Close to main attractions. We had a wonderful stay."

"Wonderful location and ideal living space, would have loved to stay there longer"

"The location and staff were decent. It’s an older property that could use some upgrades."
