"The area is nice spot , but I rent with 6 bed , 2 washroom, o got other apartment with 5 bed and 1 washroom, for groups was not convenience . We was supose to have basic stuff , as paper toilet , shampoo , thing for kitchen was no the case . Blanket was dirt we need to was when we arrive almost everything , the bed matresse are really hold . "Anderson and Rosemary are hosts supreme. they are so courteous and prompt. every small detail was looked after. their apt is modern, clean, thoughtfully laid out and well-appointed. i would highly recommend this property. the only problem is with the vrbo website. they make it difficult to extend your stay for a few days. But Anderson and Rosemary were able to resolve this difficulty. Thank youso much.. You are the best"

"Needs some upgrade to kitchen appliances., toilets.. only one bedroom with AC , the other bedroom a fan( it was hot).. Pool a little too far (we never used it).Gilbert is an excellent host.. He was available all the time..neighborhood very quiet, project has security 24/7 at the entrance.. I recommend this place."

"The apartment is as pictured and was right at the beach. I loved waking up to the views and being able to walk to the beach right from the back gate of the apartment building. I felt pretty safe and close to all the action. Host was super friendly and commutative. I made a mistake during my booking and selected the wrong checkout. he was gracious enough to let me overstay my booking. Internet was also great and I was able to work from there.
