"Generaly an old hotel could need some refurbishments. Our room was really humid, we notified the reception but noting was done, no working ventilation in the bathroom. Some spots of the hotel are not cleaned, dust and spiders found. The swimming pool had some rust patches. The breakfast was good on the first day afterwards the quality and quantity went down. One day, no more cheese, only one type of bread no more "Nutella" available only some sad rests of jam available. Salad on the buffet was...

"Overall, this was a disappointing stay because the standard of the hotel does not reflect the very high customer rating or the 4-star designation... in any way! Firstly, the good: the staff were friendly and very helpful; the room was clean; the location is interesting and picturesque; we had a view of the sea from the bathroom window; enjoyed dinner at the restaurant with tasty and wholesome homemade food. Now the not so good: the room seemed trapped in the 1980s - tiny TV, musty smell, no...
