"Good location, commodities near by were excellent. One major issue is there was no internet in the room, only in communal place and it wasn't working."

"The house was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of character, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Madeira. The location is great, peaceful, near fantastic hiking trails and viewpoints. Waking up and drinking a coffee on the patio was heaven. Everything was well taken care of, thanks to André, a fantastic host organizing everything with attention to detail. "We went to Madeira, Porto, and Lisbon for our honeymoons and stayed at four different hotels during our visit, and the Savoy Palace was far and away the best hotel we stayed at. The room and view were both incredible and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool area. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back to Madeira."

"Check-in was very easy and it was a 20 minute ride from the airport. The breakfast buffet had all kinds of food available and I never went hungry. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a pretty good location. There are dining options within a ten minute walk and a small grocery store (SPAR) that is also a ten minute walk in case you forgot something. "
