"The location was perfect and the locals were so nice and helpful. The apartment itself was ok, it could use some improvements and it would be perfect. It would be nice to have a tv for the kiddos at the end of the day. There were some mold on a few places, some unfinished tiles, and one of the bathroom windows needed more coverage for people outside not to look inside since it was a first floor apartment."

"This was a beautiful property and so close to the excitement. Therese was wonderful to coordinate with and was very responsive. The home is on the top floor with steep steps to climb, but I viewed this as part of the adventure. My boyfriend carrying the bags though- not so much :-). But it was fine and we made it with no issue. There is no AC, but we slept with the beautiful windows open and had a lovely breeze throughout the day/night. "Maria met us for Check-in, she was awesome. The apartment is charming and was perfect for our family of 3. It does warm up during summer days but cools quickly once the sun sets. We didn’t mind the heat since we slept well and were out and about all day. Loved that the sheets and towels had a fresh laundry scent! Location was perfect for exploring town, taking the metro/train with many grocery stores close by. We would stay here again."

"We had a brilliant stay at Maria’s apartment. It was perfect. Communication with Maria before and during stay was excellent, including her meet and greet at the apartment. The place was spotless . Spacious rooms with really comfortable beds. The location is great for getting to all the main areas of old Lisbon.. in fact we were able to walk to most neighbourhoods from the apartment including Bairro Alto and Chiado. Would definitely return and highly recommend! "
