"This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived late because of traffic and upon arrival found out they sold our 6 person suite to someone else. The people on staff at the table then proceeded to spend the next HOUR scolding me for booking through Expedia saying that it doesn’t guarantee the room that I chose. "The over all stay was great we really were in and out but we really didn’t see any house keeper unless we missed them when we were coming and going. There was a miscommunication before we arrived but it was handled way better than expected! Which was awesome. Over the stay was great!"
